With a background firmly rooted in digital communication and brand promotion, Chloe brings both academic expertise and hands-on industry experience to her role. She holds dual diplomas in Travel & Tourism and Events Management, where she studied alongside Managing Director Harry Crook. Even during her studies, Chloe demonstrated standout qualities that set her apart — a deep understanding of audience psychology, a bold creative spark, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital channels.

Harry, already at the helm of Little Hill Foot, recognised Chloe’s potential early and brought her onboard initially as a member of the events crew. Her rise through the company was nothing short of meteoric. In a short time, Chloe progressed through multiple roles, proving herself in both operational and creative aspects of the business. Her dedication, initiative, and ability to drive results didn’t go unnoticed — and soon she stepped into the top marketing role after successfully taking over from her predecessor.

Now reporting directly to Head of Operations, Daniel Hickey, Chloe leads her own department with confidence and clarity. She mentors and manages team member Nate Taylor, ensuring that innovation, consistency, and quality remain at the heart of all Little Hill Foot’s digital communications. Under her leadership, the company’s social media presence has expanded in reach and influence, building stronger relationships with clients and boosting engagement across all platforms.
