Tian Jin

Tian Jin is an accomplished packaging development professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Packaging Development Manager at Harry's, Inc. since April 2021, Tian previously held multiple roles at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, including Associate Program Director, Packaging Lab Supervisor, Packaging Engineer/Research Associate, Design and Prototyping Engineer, and Course Instructor from May 2014 to June 2021. With a robust academic background, Tian holds a Master's degree in Packaging Science and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Tian's expertise encompasses strategic collaborations, packaging design, testing protocols, and innovative project leadership, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing packaging engineering practices and education.
