Carlo Gramani

Carlo Gramani has extensive work experience in financial management and controllership roles. Carlo began their career at Allevard Molas do Brasil as a Controller and later worked as a Corporate Controller at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Carlo then joined GEA Group as an Administrative-Financial Director and Controller, where they received global awards for their innovative and effective financial management strategies. Following this, they served as an Administrative and Financial Director at SMART Modular Technologies, where they managed financial and budget planning for a sales division. Gramani then worked as an Administrative and Financial Director at Putzmeister Group, where they played a key role in the company's reorganization and startup operations in Brazil, leading to over 100% sales growth. Currently, they are employed at Harsco Environmental as a Regional Financial Director for Latin America, overseeing a team of managers and personnel responsible for finance and controllership. Gramani has successfully led various restructuring and turnaround projects and has a strong track record in ensuring compliance with international financial standards.

Carlo Gramani has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from FIA Business School. Carlo also pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Controllership & Audit from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and completed a Talent Management Program in International Management from Universidade São Francisco. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidade São Francisco. Carlo is currently studying for a Professional Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which will be completed in 2022. Carlo plans to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration at Ibmec from 2023 to 2025. Carlo has also completed courses in USGaap, IFRS, and BRGaap at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Controllership at MARPET.
