Juan Sanchez

Juan Sanchez has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Juan began their career in 2005 as a Software Analyst and Help Desk Technician at Zachys Fine Wine. In this role, they provided general IT support to all users in the organization, created over 60 computer and virtual desktop infrastructure builds for new and existing staff members, and supported and maintained the company voice and computer network. Juan also worked as an Order Processing and Customer Service Associate.

In 2011, Juan Sanchez joined Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. as Vice President - Technology Director. In this role, they reduced the company IT operational cost by more than 35% in nine months through renegotiating existing contracts and investing in new and more efficient technology products and solutions. Juan also led the migration of over 30 virtual servers and workstations to a new hyper-converged environment that reduced the organization physical server footprint by 75%. Additionally, they played a key role in the development of the company mobile auction application and bidding website platform, which allowed the company to increase their yearly wine auctions from seven to 12.

Juan Sanchez received a Bachelor of Science (B.S) -- Summa Cum Laude in Information Technology from DePaul University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at The City College of New York from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Juan has obtained several certifications, including Learning Azure Management Tools from LinkedIn in September 2022, Azure Active Directory: Basics from LinkedIn in August 2022, Architecting with Google Compute Engine Specialization from Coursera in December 2019, DevOps Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2019, and Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in August 2018.
