Kristen Schellenberg (Farugia) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative and marketing leadership. Currently serving as a member at Hampton since July 2023, Kristen co-founded Hart & Highland in December 2018, where Kristen holds the title of Chief Creative Officer, leading a social-first creative and marketing studio. Previously, Kristen founded The Atelier LA, focusing on custom content and creative strategy from February 2017 to December 2018. Kristen's expertise also includes a tenure as Director of Creative Services at HelloSociety, where engagement with influencers was emphasized, and various roles at Viacom, including Senior Manager of Creative Services and Sales Service Executive. Earlier career experiences include positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Turner Broadcasting, establishing a strong foundation in TV and digital advertising. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Leadership Development and Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business.
