Rob Reckard has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an agent at Hart Insurance Agency since April 2003. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of program manager at SOASTC from November 1994 to March 2003. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology obtained from Oregon State University, where studies were conducted from 1992 to 1994, as well as coursework at Portland Community College from 1989 to 1992.
