Eric Shierling

Eric Shierling currently serves as the Director of Fabrication Service & Application Engineering at HART Machine Tool, where responsibilities include providing dedicated customer support and mentoring team members. Previously, Eric held positions at Ford Meter Box, progressing from Product Technician/Draftsman to Project Engineer, gaining extensive experience in engineering design, equipment specification, and production optimization. Eric's background includes expertise in applications support for Cutlite laser systems and CNC plasma cutting services, as demonstrated through work at Rad Dad Metals. Academically, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Manufacturing Engineering from Jacksonville State University and an Associate of Applied Science in CAD/CADD Drafting from Gadsden State Community College.
