Janine Walsh

Janine Walsh is a seasoned business change consultant with extensive experience in project management and business transformation, primarily in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Currently at Hart Square since January 2025, Janine leads business change initiatives to empower organizations. Previously at VANRATH from October 2022 to January 2025, Janine managed a program for transitional change and the deployment of a new case management system. Janine’s roles at the National Trust and Positive Futures involved project coordination and management in recovery and technology implementation projects. With a foundational career at the UK Home Office, Janine brings a wealth of expertise in data center infrastructure projects. Janine holds a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Westminster and an ONC L4 in Social Media & Digital Marketing from South Eastern Regional College.
