Ronald Reeves has worked in the IT field since 2007, starting as a System Administrator at CCTV Suppliers, Inc. where they administered 60 website PCI compliant Magento ecommerce solutions, daily administration of web, database, terminal and email servers, and created all domain, email, FTP, web and shell user accounts. In 2010, they moved to Linear Systems as a System Administrator, where they worked with management systems designed to store, process and categorize evidence, performed remote administration and maintenance on over 1000 Linux servers, and created scripts for software RAID, software deployments and general automation. In 2015, they took on two roles, System Engineer at FreedomVoice, where they created and administrated over 750 virtual and physical Linux servers, created Puppet scripts for deployment of Production, QA and Dev systems, and created Puppet templates for different configuration scenarios, and Linux System Engineer at Phone.com, where they deployed Session Border Controller to prevent SIP DOS and improve security, configured Asterisk peers, extensions, and features plans for SBC deployment, and configured Freeswitch dial plans and Sophia profiles for SBC deployment. Finally, in 2016, they moved to Viant Technology as a Linux System Engineer, where they were responsible for DevOps and infrastructure for Viant, Myspace, Xumo, Adelphic and Vindico, security remediation for external and internal system auditing by Time Inc., and analyzed applications and resized Google Cloud and AWS instances. In 2019, they began working as a DevOps Engineer at Hart, Inc.
