Kok Seng Soo

Kok Seng Soo serves as the Head of Facility and Energy Management at Hartalega since February 2014, overseeing energy and facility operations at the NGC Sepang and Batang Berjuntai plants. Responsibilities include managing wastewater treatment plants, boilers, co-generation units, substations, and raw water treatment facilities. Previous roles at Hartalega include Senior Engineering Manager, where significant energy savings of RM43 million were achieved under leadership of the Energy Committee. Kok Seng Soo has extensive experience in facility management and safety, with a proven track record in maintenance and compliance with environmental standards and ISO certifications. Prior to Hartalega, Kok Seng Soo was Plant Maintenance Manager at Tan Chong Motor Assemblies from July 2007 to January 2014. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
