Eric Lim

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate practice, Eric Lim has been instrumental in steering the company to become one of the top players in the real estate industry.

Under his visionary leadership, Hartamas has gone beyond the local arena in providing total solutions in real estate to reputable and discerning developers, multinational companies, local corporations, government-linked companies, and government ministry and departments.

As an influential figurehead in the industry, Eric was appointed as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent (MIEA) from 2017-2019. He was also formerly a Board Member in the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Management (BOVAEAP), which is a regulatory body governing the conduct of real estate in Malaysia. On the international frontier, Eric was the 1st Malaysian to be appointed as Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the world's largest real estate body, and was also the past Chairman of ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA).

In addition, he was bestowed as an Adjunct Professor by UCSI University.
