Alvina Ng has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Alvina has held various roles in different companies, including director-level positions. Their most recent role was as Director, People and Talent Acquisition at Hartbeat, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at ATTN: from September 2022 to February 2023. Alvina also served as the Director, People and Talent Acquisition at STEEZY - Online Dance Classes from February 2020 to September 2022. Before that, Alvina worked at Nativo Inc as a Manager of Recruiting and Senior Recruiter, where they led recruiting efforts across multiple functions and locations. Alvina Ng earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology, specializing in Human Resources at the same university from 2011 to 2012.
