Candisse Williamson

Candisse (Collins) Williamson is a creative dealmaker with robust legal experience across entertainment and corporate. As EVP, General Counsel of Hartbeat, Candisse oversees all business affairs and legal matters across the company.

Previously, Candisse was General Counsel at Skybound Entertainment, where, during her four-year tenure, she started the legal department and oversaw all strategic transactions across all company divisions (including corporate, gaming, literary, merchandise, television, film and marketing, among others). Before joining Skybound, Candisse spent five years at The Madison Square Garden Company where, in her last role as VP, Business & Legal Affairs, she was the lead attorney for the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Rockettes and other live productions at Radio City Music Hall.

Candisse spent the first five years of her career as a corporate associate at two major law firms in New York City and Atlanta, managing a wide array of complex corporate M&A and private equity transactions.

Candisse received her JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and her B.S in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
