Chris "Broadway" Romero has an extensive work experience in the field of digital art and media production. Chris "Broadway" began their career as an Animation Director at Count Time Productions, where they worked on projects such as the Big Pun music video. Chris "Broadway" then went on to become the Director of New Media and Creative Director at G-Unit Records, where they played a key role in building the largest celebrity-based social network and blog site, Thisis50.com. During this time, they also pioneered the concept of fan and crowd-sourcing in the music business. Later, Romero worked as a Managing Director at Youcast Corp, where they created Web 2.0 campaigns merging celebrity impact with technology. Chris "Broadway" also served as the Vice President at GIG-IT, and as a Partner at Phase One Communications. Romero founded B WAY CREATIVE / ROMOTION ADVANCED MEDIA STUDIOS, a creative agency and production house, where they offered services such as 3D animation, visualization, and graphic design. Additionally, they worked as a Creative Consultant at InCapta, Inc., providing consulting, direction, and production on celebrity-based apps, games, and video platforms. Most recently, Romero served as the Executive Producer, Director, and Animation/Web3 specialist at HARTBEAT, and as an Animation Director at Cyber Arena, where they translated game assets into high-end cinematics and promotional art. Throughout their career, Romero has consistently pursued their passion for the visual arts, earning a reputation as a talented and innovative professional in the field.
Chris "Broadway" Romero attended Gonzaga College High School from 1991 to 1995. Chris "Broadway" then went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Imaging and Digital Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, graduating in 1999.
