Eric Weil

Eric Weil has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Eric began their career as a Video Director at Kollaboration Boston in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Eric then interned at Viacom as part of their MTV On-Air Promos Production Management team in 2013. In 2014, Eric interned at Conan as a Monologue Intern before joining United Talent Agency as an Executive Assistant for Comedy Touring later that year. In 2016, they moved to Paramount Television Studios, where they worked as a Development Executive until 2019. Lastly, Eric joined Hartbeat in 2019 and took on various roles such as Manager of Comedy Development, Director of Original Programming for Audio & Animation, and currently serves as the Vice President of Audio.

Eric Weil attended Boston University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Film & Television. Prior to attending Boston University, they completed their high school education at Fair Lawn High School.
