Jessica McKenna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica began their career as a Marketing/Sales intern at the Philadelphia Flyers, where they assisted with various marketing initiatives and customer relations. Jessica then served as the Art Department Director at American Patch and Emblem before moving on to AWeber Communications, Inc. as a Customer Solutions Specialist, handling customer inquiries and providing support. Jessica later worked as an Email Marketing Specialist at Toll Brothers and finally transitioned to Harte Hanks, where they held the roles of Email Developer II and Lead Email Developer, coding HTML assets for digital marketing campaigns and collaborating with the Email Production team.
Jessica McKenna earned a BA degree in Sports and Entertainment Marketing from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business in the years 2005 to 2009. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Web Design at The Art Institutes.
