Sandeep Varma

Sandeep Varma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, quality improvement, and analytics. Sandeep has served as the Sr. Director for BI and Analytics at Harte Hanks since August 2010, with previous roles including Director of Business Intelligence and Quality Improvement, and Sr. Manager of Quality Improvement. Prior to Harte Hanks, Sandeep worked at Sutherland Global Services from March 2004 to August 2010 as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing the quality management system and ensuring compliance with product and service expectations. Sandeep holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from B.V. Raju Institute of Technology and several certifications, including Six Sigma (CSSBB), Business Analysis (CBAP), and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQOE). Recently, Sandeep completed professional development programs in Data Science and Business Analytics, as well as AI with Deep Learning from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
