Thomas Peake has a diverse work experience in various industries. Thomas started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at BearingPoint. From there, they worked at Howard Industries as a Regional Account Manager, where they achieved sales success and increased brand awareness. Thomas then moved on to Frost & Sullivan as an Account Executive, where they developed market research studies and generated leads. Thomas joined Tocquigny as the Director of Client Services and quickly rose to the position of Associate and Account Manager. Thomas managed a large client base and served on the agency's leadership team. After that, they joined Johnny Carino's as the Director of Marketing, where they developed and executed a regional marketing strategy. Following this, they worked at PMG Austin as the Director of Agency Operations, leading a global team and managing operations for multiple brands. Currently, they are working at Harte Hanks as the Sr. Client Services Director.

Thomas Peake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from Trinity University between 2000 and 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2007.
