Erika Stanat

Erika Stanat is a partner in the Commercial and IP Litigation Practice Group at Harter, Secrest & Emery LLP, where Erika has worked since June 1999. Prior to this, Erika served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army JAG Corps from January 1994 to June 1999. Erika holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Penn State Dickinson Law, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University, completed in 1990. Additionally, Erika completed the Basic Course at The United States Army Judge Advocate General's School in April 1994.
