John Baldwin

John Baldwin has a diverse work experience. From August 2018 to January 2020, they worked at Hartfiel Automation as an Applications Engineer, where they developed solutions for customer applications and led projects throughout their life cycles. In January 2020, they assumed additional responsibilities as a Mechanical Engineer/Production Manager, leading the Value Added assembly department and Shipping & Receiving. Before that, from January to May 2018, they worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Lab Assistant at the University of Virginia, where they assisted with research and design projects, created tutorials, and supervised student lab use. In 2017, they worked as an Engineering Consultant at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and as an Intern at BIT Group USA, Inc., where they gained hands-on experience in design, assembly, and testing. Prior to that, they worked as a Lifeguard at Rockville Municipal Swim Center from 2014 to 2016.

John Baldwin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
