Scott Albrecht

Scott Albrecht's work experience includes a significant tenure at Hartfiel Automation, where they held multiple roles. Scott started as a Sales Engineer in July 2010 and was responsible for securing sales and supporting customers. In June 2012, they became the Product Manager for Motion Control, overseeing the growth and development of a $5M+ business segment. Scott conducted market analysis, drove growth through large opportunities, and managed resource allocation. Albrecht then moved on to become the Vice President of Advanced Control Technologies in March 2017. In this role, they played a vital role in the company's strategic operations and management. Finally, as of January 2023, they serve as the Regional Sales Manager and VP of Engineering, overseeing sales and engineering activities.

Before Hartfiel Automation, Albrecht worked as an Independent Contractor from April 2008 to September 2010, offering freelance consulting services. Scott also had a brief stint as the VP of Engineering and Owner at Durabotics from May 2008 to July 2010. Their early career includes a position as a Motion and Robotics Engineer at The Hartfiel Company from January 2004 to May 2008. Albrecht began their professional journey as a Mechanical Engineering Design Intern at Beckman Coulter in May 2003.

Scott Albrecht earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between the years 1999 and 2003. Scott later pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Medicine from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2009 to 2012.
