Jay Williams

Jay Williams has held various leadership positions in government, banking, and community development. Jay currently serves as the President and CEO of Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, leading strategic efforts to address structural racism and promote economic and social mobility in the Greater Hartford region. Jay has also held roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Labor, and the White House. Before that, Jay served as the Mayor of City Of Youngstown and Executive Director of the Community Development Agency. Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Youngstown State University.
