Joel Hicks-Rivera, LPC, is a Senior Community Impact Officer at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. With experience in various organizations such as Capital Community College and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, Joel specializes in program management, financial empowerment, and vocational rehabilitation counseling. Graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor, Joel is dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial stability and personal growth.
