Bridget E. Quinn

Bridget E. Quinn is the President & CEO of the Hartford Public Library, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to their current role, Ms. Quinn served as Interim President and CEO of Queens Library from 2011 to 2016, and as Director of Buffalo and Erie County Library from 2008 to 2011. Ms. Quinn began their library career in 1999 as Director of Essex Library Association, and later served as Interlibrary Loan Coordinator at Connecticut State Library from 1997 to 1999.

Bridget Quinn has a BA in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University. Bridget then went on to get their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. John's University. Afterwards, they completed their MLS in Library and Information Science also from St. John's University. Bridget has a certification from the New York State Library in New York State Public Library Certification.
