Gina Federico is an accomplished professional in fundraising and development, currently serving as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Hartford Public Library since November 2022. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Federico previously held the position of Director at United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut from July 2018 to November 2022 and directed initiatives at Community Solutions, Inc. from January 2013 to June 2018. Additional roles include Director of Major Gifts at The University of Connecticut Foundation, Director of Development at The Children's Museum and Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, Campaign Director at Boston Children's Museum, and Donor Relations Director at Children's Hospital Boston. Federico earned a BA with a double major in American Studies and Government from Smith College between 1992 and 1996.
