Mary T.

Mary T. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mary started their career as the Assistant Vice President of Compliance at CIGNA HealthCare in 1999 and was responsible for managing IT compliance audits and streamlining processes. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Springfield, where they oversaw all financial operations and played a key role in restructuring the organizational structure. Mary then joined ING as the Director of Security and Risk Management PMO, where they managed project teams and secured project funds. In 2009, they became the Town Manager for the Town of Ware, leading daily operations and working closely with various departments. Mary joined Goodwin College in 2014 as an Adjunct Faculty, teaching in the evenings.
