Rich McCormick

Rich McCormick is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Harth Builders since April 2022 and as a Home Construction Consultant at Home Pro Consulting Services since November 2021, Rich specializes in construction management, home renovation, and real estate transaction support. Previous positions include Franchise Owner/General Manager at Batteries Plus Bulbs from 2014 to 2021, where Rich successfully identified and developed a prime retail location. Rich's significant tenure at Toll Brothers from 1992 to 2013 included serving as Division President, focusing on operational efficiency and team development, and as Division Vice President, overseeing 12 residential communities. Rich holds an Associate's Degree in Building Construction Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Williamson College of the Trades.
