Tobias has also held positions such as Production Manager, Process Manager Operations, and Acting Plant Manager at HARTING (Zhuhai) Manufacturing Co. Ltd., focusing on lean transformation and project management. Earlier experience at Hettich Group involved maintenance and production tasks.
