Gareth Ansell

Gareth Ansell has had extensive experience in the field of music education. Gareth began their career as a Music Teacher at Greenacre School in 2003 and later joined Regent's International School Bangkok as an Exams Officer and Secondary Music Teacher. At Regent's International School, Gareth also held the position of Assistant Headteacher KS4, where they were responsible for the academic and pastoral progress of Year 10 and 11 students. In 2016, they joined GEMS Wellington International School as the Head of Whole School Music, leading a team of 5 and overseeing various music-related events and activities. Currently, Gareth holds the position of Head of Music at Hartland International School, where they began in 2018.

Gareth Ansell completed their education at Rainham Mark Grammar School from 1993 to 2000. Gareth then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Music from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Later, Gareth obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Education from Keele University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
