Lou Lynton is an experienced educator and school counsellor with a strong background in inclusion and special education. Currently serving as a School Counsellor at Hartland International School since January 2023, Lynton previously held positions including Head of Inclusion and Senior SENCO at Brighton College Dubai, and Head of Elementary Inclusion at American Academy for Girls. Lynton's experience also includes roles focused on individual needs at North London Collegiate School, NLCS Jeju, and as a Learning Success Teacher at Berkeley International School. Lynton holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Social Work with Sociology from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Real Training at Middlesex University, and a PGCEi in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Nottingham.
