Alison Hutchinson

Alison Hutchinson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Hartman Executive Advisors since April 2017, Alison has successfully led change initiatives for clients involving technology and process transformations. Previously, as a Management Consultant at The Center for Organizational Excellence, Alison supported the Army Civilian Human Resources Agency in strategic planning, facilitating extensive interviews and assessments to develop comprehensive organizational strategies. From May 2007 to November 2015, Alison held multiple roles at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, culminating as Group Sales Manager, where significant revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. Alison holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Strategic Human Capital Management from American University and a BA in Music Industry from SUNY Oneonta.
