David Elges

David Elges is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Managing Director at Hartman Executive Advisors since 2022, focusing on IT strategies and operational continuity. Elges is also an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council and serves on the Board of Advisors for Vation Ventures, Agile Literacy, and xFusion Technologies, Inc. From 2019 to 2022, Elges contributed to Dell Technologies and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Advisory Board Member. Previously, Elges held the position of Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Boston, where efforts were made to enhance the city's technological advancements.
