Iva Naffziger is an accomplished marketing research and strategic insights professional with extensive experience in both corporate and consulting roles. Currently serving as Director of Marketing Research and Strategic Insights at The Hartman Group since June 2017, Iva also operates Iva Naffziger Consulting, focusing on supporting social impact initiatives through effective strategy and communication. With a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research, Iva has held senior positions at Penn Schoen Berland, Microsoft Corporation, and Ipsos, where expertise in market study design and execution has driven impactful communication strategies. Iva holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Amherst College.
