Rachel O'Connor is an experienced office manager and administrative professional with a background in law and client services. Currently serving as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant & Conflict Coordinator at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP since December 2020, Rachel previously held multiple roles including Director of Membership Services at the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association and Administrative Legal Assistant & Office Manager at Shiling Bloch & Hirsch, P.A. Rachel also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of The Notorious D.O.G., providing client and pet care services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and additional education at Stevenson University and Hereford High School.
