Richard Nijpjes

Richard Nijpjes is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sr Supervisor at Den Hartog en Bikker B.V. since July 2019, overseeing team leaders and managing warehouse coordinators and staff in the Inbound and Export departments of the Heineken Brewery in 's-Hertogenbosch. Previously, Richard held the role of Praktijkmanager Black Belt Lean Six Sigma at Provincie Noord-Brabant and spent over two decades at ADEXPO, culminating in a position as Manager Operations where responsibilities included overseeing planning, logistics, and quality control. Richard also has a diverse background in operational roles, having worked as a Planner Operations and a beursmedewerker/chauffeur. Richard's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership and additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and NLP.
