Honyin Kok

HonYin Kok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quantitative research, trading, and IT infrastructure. As the Head of Quantitative Research & Trading at Hartree Partners since April 2013, HonYin Kok leads a DevOps engineering team focused on developing trading models and ensuring the reliability of trading operations. Previously, in the role of Director of Quantitative Infrastructure, HonYin Kok successfully architected a low latency, high-frequency trading platform. HonYin Kok also founded IT Korperasi, LLC, offering IT solutions and consulting services. Prior experience includes key roles at Two Sigma Investments, Zurich Capital Markets, United Online, and Interactive Information R&D, encompassing systems architecture, engineering, and project management. HonYin Kok holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
