William Wagner is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades in the field. Currently serving as Principal at Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture since January 2012, William previously held the position of Vice President of Architecture and Planning at A. Epstein & Sons from September 2003 to July 2010, where responsibilities included leading architectural teams and establishing construction administration protocols. William's career began at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, progressing from an entry-level architect to Associate Partner over a twenty-five-year tenure, during which a diverse range of projects was managed from concept to completion. William holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architectural Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1970 and 1975.
