Elsa Maitrehenry serves as Managing Partner for France at Hartstone Rochette Executive Search since November 2018, following the merge of Eureka Executive Search and Liz Hartstone Executive Search, specializing in hospitality executive recruitment. Previously, from September 2014 to November 2018, Elsa held positions as Managing Director Europe & Partner and Co-Director & Partner at Eureka Executive Search France, focusing on talent acquisition for the restaurant, hotel, and food retail sectors across dynamic markets. Earlier experience includes a role as Managing Consultant at Profile Management & Specialist Recruitment Ltd., and a lecturer on Philippine history. Elsa's career in hospitality began in operational roles, including positions such as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at the Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel in Georgia and the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. Elsa holds a BTS in Rooms from the Hotel and Catering Management School of St Quentin en Yvelines and A Levels in Languages and Philosophy from Lycée Sophie Germain Paris.
