Katja Hagström

Katja Hagström is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director - CHRO at Hartwall since June 2022, where previously held the role of Deputy HR Director. Prior to this, Katja worked at Ahlstrom-Munksjö from 2020 to 2022 as Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development and HRBP for Finance, IT & Strategy. Katja's career at Hartwall began in 2019 as a Senior HR Partner. Earlier roles include Director of HR & Communications and Head of Leadership & Organizational Development at Kesko - K-Group from 2014 to 2019, Brand Manager for Learning & Development at Chico's FAS Inc. from 2012 to 2014, and multiple leadership positions in Learning & Development at Limited Brands from 2005 to 2012. Katja started the career at Accenture as a Management Consultant from 1999 to 2005. Katja earned a degree from North Carolina State University.
