Ernie Gonzales

Ernie Gonzales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Education Division Head at HARTWELL CAPITOL CONSULTING since March 2022, Gonzales also holds the position of Senior Vice President at the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Tennessee. Active in political and civic engagements, Gonzales is a member of the National Defense PAC and previously served as the TN HD-33 District Captain for the Convention of States. As the owner and founder of ECG Connections, LLC, Gonzales has demonstrated entrepreneurial capability. Additionally, past roles include Planning Commissioner for Anderson County, TN, and Vice President at both Great Finds of TN and The Beauties of Tanglewood Forest. Gonzales's civic involvement includes service on the Selective Service System Georgia Local Board and as Chairman of the Hancock County Republican Party. Gonzales earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy from 1977 to 1981.
