Mark Haynes began their career in 2012 as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Maas Global Solutions Corporation. In 2013, they moved to The Reserve as a Transportation Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Atria Senior Living as a Transportation Coordinator and Hartwell Global as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they served as a Technical Recruiter for contracted Employers, placing professionals from entry level to executive roles in private and fortune 500 Companies.

Mark Haynes attended Nassau Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied business management.
