Phil Ball

Phil Ball is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Operations Director at Hartwell Manufacturing Ltd, Phil supports the growth of the data centre, process, and chemical industries while managing multiple sites. As Advisory Group Chair at Challenging Leaders, Phil fosters development among emerging and established leaders. Previous roles include UK Operations Director at H+H UK Limited and Metsä Wood, Managing Director and various leadership positions at Eastman Kodak, and Production Manager roles at Agfa Graphics and DuPont. Phil holds education from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and Leeds Beckett University.
