Arne Roeters is a skilled software developer and bioinformatician with substantial experience in the field of bioinformatics. Currently employed at Hartwig Medical Foundation since September 2020, Arne has previously worked as a bioinformatician and data analyst at Royal Van Zanten from July 2019 to August 2020. Prior roles include an internship at Xenikos B.V., where Arne focused on the Ribosome Inactivating Protein (Ricin), and an MSc thesis at Wageningen University & Research, investigating the biosynthetic diversity of Actinobacteria. Arne's background includes an internship at the European Research Institute for the Biology of Ageing and serving as a student assistant at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Arne holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Hanze.

Hartwig Medical Foundation is a national data sequencing centre in the Netherlands conducting large scale DNA analysis of tumor biopsies and clinical data with the aim of enabling the effectiveness of cancer research and diagnosis, and thereby reducing the human, economic and social costs of the disease. Hartwig Medical Foundation hereby stimulates the progress in cancer research and - treatment, with the aim to improve the cure and care of future cancer patients.
