Msol Michele Melendez (Shellie)

Michele "Shellie" Melendez, MSOL, currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits/Total Rewards at Hartz Mountain Corporation, overseeing U.S. company-sponsored benefits programs since November 2020. Previously, Michele held the title of Benefits Manager at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., where responsibilities included the comprehensive management of self-insured medical plans and various employee benefits. With extensive experience in benefits administration at Anderson Kill, Michele advanced from Benefits Administrator to Benefits Manager, developing and managing a range of employee benefit programs. Early career roles include positions in human resources and as an independent sales representative.
