Lee Pierron

Lee Pierron is a versatile professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Marketing and Sales Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Hartzell Air Movement since October 2022, Lee also owns and manages Caddy's Bistro and L Designs since early 2024 and May 2020 respectively. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where Lee led a significant multi-million-dollar production line project and improved process workflows, Advanced Quality Test Engineer at Crown Equipment Corporation, and various engineering positions with hands-on experience in equipment and robotics. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Toledo, completed in 2016.
