Nicholas Ward is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Hartzell Air Movement since August 2022, with previous experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory from June 2020 to August 2021. During the internship, Nicholas worked on optimizing damping characteristics for additively manufactured beams to mitigate high cycle fatigue in turbine blades and designed custom electronics cases for stress testing machines.
