Ray Pulungan has held various positions in the corporate world since 2009. Ray began their career as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). In 2014, they became a Director at Nusantara Partners, and in 2017 they moved to PT Toba Sejahtra as Corporate Finance and Business Development. In 2018, they held two positions at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara as VP Special Projects and VP Corporate Finance, as well as two positions at Waterbom Bali as Independent Commissioner and Interim Chief Financial Officer. In 2020, they joined Monk's Hill Ventures as Operating Advisor, and in 2021 they became the CEO of PINTAR.
Ray Pulungan obtained a BA in Political Science from Yale University in 2004. Ray then went on to pursue a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School between 2007 and 2009. Ray completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 2012 and 2014. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Financial Modelling for Mining Projects from Corality Financial Modelling.
