Amrita Padda

Amrita Padda is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Airtel since October 2021, Amrita also contributes to the Leadership Advisory Board for Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Amrita held various senior HR roles at Unilever, including Chief People Officer for Unilever Marketplace, HR Head for Unilever Philippines, and Global HR Director for Procurement. Amrita has a strong track record in human capital management, leadership development, and strategic HR transformation across diverse markets. Educational qualifications include a PGD in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa.
