Elizabeth Griep

Elizabeth Griep, ACC, is an experienced learning and development professional with a diverse background in talent development, product design, and business development. Elizabeth currently serves as the Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, where they work with organizations to create transformative leadership development programs. Prior to this, Elizabeth held roles at Lee Hecht Harrison, AchieveForum, FranklinCovey, and Forum Corporation, where they gained expertise in areas such as virtual instructor-led training, research and development, project management, and client relationship management. Their work experience spans over two decades, making their a valuable asset in driving performance improvement and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.

Elizabeth Griep, ACC has a background in business and graduated from San Diego State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in November 2022. Elizabeth has also obtained certifications from LHH, Hogan Assessment Systems, MRG (Management Research Group), edX, AchieveForum, and FranklinCovey.
