Laura Barringer

Laura Barringer has a diverse work experience with various companies. Laura started their career at Pottery Barn as a Sales/Manager, where they were responsible for managing store operations and achieving significant sales growth. Laura then worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and Manager, leading the development and delivery of training courses on a global scale. At Ontuitive, they served as a Sr. Solutions Consultant, providing guidance on enhancing organizational performance and implementing solutions. Laura also worked at Deloitte as a Sr. Consultant, Human Capital, and at e-Learning for Kids Foundation as a Consultant, focusing on e-Learning course design and project management. Currently, Laura is working at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, where they have held various roles, including Principal Learning Partner and Senior Enablement Manager. In these positions, they have led engagements with clients, developed tailored programs, and managed client relationships.

Laura Barringer has a diverse education background. Laura obtained a Global Master Program in Learning & Development Leadership from IE Business School Executive Education in 2021-2022. In 1993-1995, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware, completed in 1986-1991. Additionally, Laura has obtained multiple certifications, including being Dare to Lead Trained in 2020, being a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013, and completing the Core Essentials Graduate program from Coach U, Inc. in 2009. Laura has also received certifications from various institutions in the field of enterprise resource planning.
